Moraira
Teulada Moraira, located in the province of Alicante, is one of the most attractive destinations on the Costa Blanca for those seeking holiday rentals, tranquillity, and good weather. Just 80 km from Alicante and 120 km from Valencia, both with airports, it offers quick and convenient access via National Road 332 or the A-7 motorway (exit 63), making it an ideal place for both short breaks and long stays.
Teulada Moraira: location and Mediterranean climate
Located in the Marina Alta region, its neighbouring towns are El Poble Nou de Benitatxell, Benissa and Calpe. It currently has around 14,000 inhabitants.
The climate is Mediterranean, with an average temperature of 18°C throughout the year. At an altitude of 185 m above sea level, with 8 km of coastline and a total area of 32 km², this municipality has two urban centres: Teulada and Moraira.
The rest of the municipal area boasts excellent horizontal urban planning, creating a garden city characterised by detached homes that welcome both residents and the many visitors who come here for their holidays.

The Teulada-Moraira area, thanks to its strict urban planning controls, has no large buildings or high-rise hotels. The green landscape is dotted with luxurious villas and low-rise apartments in a rustic style, amid pine forests, vineyards and orange groves — an idyllic place for those seeking tranquillity and harmony.
This area is aimed exclusively at villa and apartment owners and holidaymakers who want comfort and privacy on their holidays. The town has grown harmoniously, evolving from a small fishing village into one of the most attractive destinations on our coast. We enjoy beautiful coves and sandy beaches, markets, traditional and international restaurants, supermarkets such as Lidl and Aldi, gourmet supermarket Pepe La Sal , a lovely yacht club… and all with a distinctly Spanish character.
Leisure options abound within a 20 km radius, including three golf courses: Club de Golf San Jaime, Club de Golf Benitachell and Club de Golf La Sella; tennis courts, football pitches, squash; water sports, boat hire, excursions, horse riding, go-karts… Many places are well worth a day trip. As well as the well-known coastal towns — Javea, Denia, Calpe, Altea, Villajoyosa, Alicante — inland you can visit Guadalest Castle, or the largest palm grove in Europe in Elche. Even hiking, cycling and climbing the Peñón de Ifach have a place here. Benidorm is just 30 minutes away, as are Terra Mítica, the Valencian Community’s theme park, Aqualandia and Mundomar. Popular festivals fill the summer nights, especially in June and July in Moraira, but April and November also have a festive atmosphere.
